• Returns sent without a Return Authorization Number cannot be processed.
• All returns must include your original order number and a brief note describing your reason for requesting a refund.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• Orders that were refused at delivery or marked “Return to Sender.”
• Products returned without prior authorization.
• Returns received after 90 days from the original order date.

Chargeback and Dispute Policy

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. To try a different product, please place a new order through our official website.
